Henry Leggett is co–founder and Vice President of LG Enhancing Communities Inc. He is a former graduate from High Point Central, class of 1982. While attending High Point Central Henry excel in football, Basketball, and Track & Field. After High School Henry attended (GTCC) Guilford Technical Community College located in Jamestown N.C. While at GTCC he studied Business Administration. Henry decided to start his career in the furniture industry. After his fifteen-year career in the furniture industry, Henry moved to Greensboro NC where he accepted a position as a Compliance Coordinator for Cardinal Health. Eventually leaving Cardinal Health and accepting a position at Dell Inc. During his five years at Dell, Henry lost his mother to Lupus, which inspired him to start a non-profit organization assisting community members dealing with loss and hardships. Henry served as a mentor for Noble Men Mentoring Program at Love and Faith Ministries in Greensboro NC. Henry took that experience and shared information to help form LG Enhancing Communities Mentoring Program. Henry currently serves as the director of LG Enhancing Communities Inc. Mentoring Program. Henry uses his background and athletics as a means to connect with young men and steer them in the right direction away from drugs and crime. His mother was very spiritual and always willing to help others, no matter what their circumstances. Henry wanted to be an inspiration in people lives, like his mother was in his life and others. He decided to partner with Jeffery Golden, who lost his mother to breast cancer. Henry is dedicating his time and efforts in helping people in communities throughout triad. He currently resides in Greensboro NC with his wife Cheryl.
